Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then arrive in 3–5 business days domestically. These are our average times, and can't guarantee that they will be exactly true for every order!

Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Tracking can lag, especially with USPS/carrier handoffs. If it's been stalled more than 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Check with neighbors and your building office first — packages get misdelivered more than you'd think. If it's still missing after 24–48 hours, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

A D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, and a percentile die (D10 marked in tens) — everything you need for D&D, Pathfinder, and most tabletop RPGs.

Our polyhedral sets run 16mm–22mm depending on the die (standard TTRPG sizing).

Our D6 Blocks are 12mm.

And our MTG Counters are 16mm.

Our dice are made to standard manufacturing specs for casual and tabletop play. If you're a competitive roller chasing perfectly weighted precision dice, that's a more specialized (and pricier) category — but for game night, you're covered.

Small variations in color and pattern are normal, especially with glitter, marble, and dyed dice — each one is a little unique. Think of it as a feature, not a bug: no two dice goblins hoard the same stash.

Small parts — not recommended for children under 3. Always supervise young players.

Some dice do include storage, however check in the product description.

There are boxes, tin inserts, and bags available as an add-on!

Our MTG dice function as +1/-1 counters, keyword counters (like flying or trample), and loyalty counters for planeswalkers — handy for tracking game state without scraps of paper.

Our counter packs come in sets of 12, unless the specific bundle says otherwise!

Absolutely — they work well for any card or board game that needs small trackable tokens (life totals, resource counters, etc.).

Keep them in a dry place out of direct sunlight or prolonged heat — a dice bag or tin insert box works great, and it keeps them from making a break for it under the couch.

A soft, slightly damp cloth is usually safe. Avoid soaking resin or dyed dice, since prolonged water exposure can affect the finish.

Resin dice are cast individually, so tiny internal bubbles or swirl patterns can occur — this is normal and part of the handmade process, not a defect.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

We don't offer direct exchanges — return the original under our policy and place a new order for the set you want.
